Corporate Law - M&A - Real Estate

In a pragmatic and solution-oriented way, I strive for a good solution for and a sustainable collaboration with every client

Toon Rummens specialises in corporate law and M&A and real estate law.

Early 2008 he joined the Directorate Disputes and Judicial Support of the Federal Public Service Internal Affairs where he focussed on non-contractual liability law and civil liability of the Federal Police in particular.

In 2010 he joined the department business law at a Brussels law firm where he mainly worked on dossiers concerning corporate law, commercial law and contract law.

Toon joined Seeds of Law at the start-up in May 2019 as a partner, where he focuses on commercial law in the broadest sense of the word, with a special focus on corporate and association law, contract law and real estate law.

He advises companies (and their shareholders and directors), non-profit associations and independent entrepreneurs on a very regular basis, and in the past has successfully led several companies in difficulty through various problems and proceedings.

Over the years, Toon has also built up special expertise in real estate-related transactions, such as the sale and development of real estate and real estate projects. Toon advises on the drafting and interpretation of various purchase-sale agreements (option agreements, purchase and sale promises, etc.), on various commercial law constructions, and on all kinds of cooperation and promotion agreements regarding real estate.

The basic principle is always that a solution-oriented approach is important to avoid legal proceedings, unless there is no other option.
