Leo Peeters specialises in national and international corporate law and has assisted in a number of mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate restructurings.  
 
He has extensive experience in contract law, commercial and economic law, banking and finance law, insolvency law, distribution law, corporate contract law, real estate law, telecom law and arbitration. 

He advises entrepreneurs and their companies from the very beginning of their activity, during their financing, in the drafting and negotiation of their contracts, during the acquisition and sale of their companies or divisions and also in the restructuring of companies in difficulty (insolvency, WCO and bankruptcy) or their dissolution. 

In addition, Leo practices all aspects of law related to art and culture.

Leo has acquired broad experience during a professional career as legal consultant with Price Waterhouse, and as a partner with Ernst&Young. In 1998, he was founding partner of Peeters Advocaten-Avocats in co-operation with Ernst&Young. He afterwards became a partner with Simmons & Simmons and Thompson Hine LLP. 

In 2009 Leo founded Peeters Law.

In 2019 Leo and Peeters Law have decided to join forces with Koen De Puydt and his team and to assume a new brand, which better reflects the service we have in mind for you, and that is "Seeds of Law".
