Imad Touil is a member of department of Business and Civil law at Seeds of Law
Imad Touil graduated Cum Laude as Master in Law (section Economic and Social Law) at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2019. Through his education, Imad acquired knowledge in various fields of law such as Business law, Contracts law, Competition law and Intellectual Property law.
In his last year, Imad wrote a thesis with the title: "Competition law, intellectual property and innovation", a comparative study of the essential facility doctrine applied to assets protected by an intellectual property right in Europe and in the United States of America.”.
Imad was an active member of The European Law Students’ Association (ELSA). He held the position of President at ELSA Brussels and afterwards he was elected Treasurer and Head of the Financial Management department of ELSA Belgium.
He also worked in Darts-IP (a data firm that collects and analyses Intellectual property decisions from all around the globe) in which he held the position of “Legal analyst” from 2017 to 2019.
Since October 2019, Imad is a member of the Brussels’ Bar and is part of the department of Business and Civil law at Seeds of Law.
