As legal counsel since 1983, Ann adviced and assisted the members of "Fegarbel", which is the "Royal Belgian Federation of Garage owners". In 1996 Ann was appointed Secretary General of the professional organisation of garage owners, "Bond van de Garagisten Beroepsverenigingen vzw", successor of Fegarbel. She provided legal advice to its members, and was active as lobbyist with respect to their professional interest. She published a practical legal and administrative handbook for the garage owners and a monthly newsletter about a great number of legal topics which could be of interest to them.
In 2009 Ann joined the law firm Peeters Advocaten-Avocats where she was responsible for the management and the marketing and communication. Within Seeds of Law she is responsible for the know-how management, marketing and external communication.
